System doesn’t activate account
After several tries system simply won’t activate account and asks you to call the call center. Call center is not able to do anything about that...

When downloading and using the app, standard data charges may apply (according to your mobile operator’s price list). For the calls to the enel-med helpline made via the app, operator's rates shall apply.
