(7/14/24) The pop-up ads have gotten even worse. I got at least 3 within the past half a week! If you read through my reviews here, it’s rather amazing how they’ve taken a decent product/app and methodically, systematically, and VERY intentionally completely destroyed it. I would’ve deleted months ago if I hadn’t spent money on the physical products. This is the very definition of “sunken cost” and “buyers remorse”. I will never buy Energizer products or even batteries again. I’d put it at ZERO stars if Apple would let me. *********************************review (6/11/24) Energizer finally crossed the line: FULL SCREEN POP UP ADS WITHIN THE APP. I heard a noise downstairs, went to pull up the camera, and there was a full screen ad to sign up for camera space or something. Idek what it was for, I was desperate to open the camera so I had to force-close the app just the get the BASIC FUNCTIONALITY I paid for in the first place. Utterly unusable. Do NOT buy! Back down to 1 star from 3. **********************************review (1/9/24) Finally back to decent usability! The latest update seems to have fixed SOME of the latency issues, but it’s still not as quick and responsive as it was when I first downloaded it 3-4 updates ago. I can only hope they keep working on it and get it back to 100% functionality. Not only does the SAME exact problem persist, now it’s actually EVEN SLOWER to load lol. PLEASE, I’m begging you, figure out what you messed up, or just roll it all back. This USED TO BE such a great app, and now in its current state, I wish I didn’t buy ANY of these Energizer peripherals. I wish I could get my money back. Impossible to pair wireless chime to wireless doorbell
Using this app with the Energizer wireless doorbell, and attempting to pair the Energizer wireless chime, then opening the app's chime settings you are presented with only two options: mechanical chime or no chime ! The app's pairing function will NOT detect the Energizer wireless chime in pairing mode ! Crazy !

Pretty good so far, but
The camera system that I bought screws into my light fixture and works pretty good a little too sensitive on the motion system especially once in a while the bugs at night set it off so I had to turn off notifications sounds because of the sensitivity. Also a little sensitive on the sound one as well the only real problem I have is I’m unable to use the light mode where you can turn the light on and adjust the brightness. I know you can do the light in color camera mode, but I’d like to have access to be able to adjust the lighting brightness accordingly as well as activate it to stay on when someone’s coming at night to my door and I’m expecting them. Otherwise, I like it and I am planning on getting another one for the back door

I use the app daily, however, lately my groups have been deleting itself and i have to reconnect.
Bad for reviewing video
The Energizer cameras are good, but it is very difficult to review video. There is no option to download files to view on my device. Watching video through this app is difficult. If something happened in an hour period, or longer, you are going to watch for that long to catch it. No fast forward, no speed settings. You can slide the timeline, but it jumps inconsistently and you have to wait for it to buffer. And the timeline scroll keeps dropping below screen! It’s up for 2 seconds and then drops - even while actively using it! Very annoying!!!

Do not purchase their camera or use this app
I bought a brand new camera last night. It took forever for the camera to scan the QR code that this app gave me to hold in front of it, so they could connect once it finally did scan the brand new camera that I pulled out of the box 45 minutes earlier is attached to somebody else’s account is what the app told me and that it needed to be unbound the only way to do that is to submit a copy of my receipt through this app in a message. It’s now been over a day and the only response I got is I need to submit photos of my receipt to the message that had the three photos I took of my receipt, so there was no possible way they could say they can’t read the receipt so the security camera that I bought brand new in the box is already on somebody else’s account and I’m now going on two days without being able to use the camera that I paid for they do not care at all about that. The only thing they respond is to send photos of my receipt, I’ve done that four times now. This is by far the worst product I’ve ever bought and followed by the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I would like to give it five stars. I’m so upset and irritated right now because somebody’s going through my personal property and I need this camera so badly and now I’m only being violated there. This company is throwing salt in the wound. They were supposed to be helping my situation and they’re making it so much worse..

App doesn’t work with plug version 2.1. The instructions say to download this app, but during set up for the plug I get an error that says “Device not supported by app”.
Price was right….
I thought this was the one! Having trouble getting the family members all linked, paired, whatever, removed and added. Now I’m stuck in the middle with you 😞 I see you’ve added some more products since I bought this camera 2 years ago….SAVE PRECIOUS TIME AND MONEY!!! GO TO WALMART 😁
