Extended booking time - retrospectively
I love to be able to book free power hours through the app. However sometimes I don’t have the phone with me or I have a distraction and I don’t get to book. When I have remembered that I need to book the “booking period” has expired and I miss out. I think this is disingenuous on behalf of Genesis, my forgetfulness is your gain. Could you please give thought to enabling power booking retrospectively as far as to the beginning of that day? Thank you.

The worst service
Terrible electrical service, the worst experience in terms of problem solving, they notify you a year later that the metre was measuring irregularly, it is supposed to be their job to make that not happen and then they send you an excessively high bill, without giving you a practical solution other than charging you your mistake !!!
Charged without consumption
We turned off electricity from 1/9/24 to 16/10/24 , hence there should not be any variable charges. But still there were. I emailed you guys about this in September as well but still we were charged.
