This app is the worst. It continually re-routes you to websites that crash, crashes or times out when you attempt to do anything (I.e. adding dependents), horrible UI, etc. I hate it and it makes me want to die every time I use it.

I just want to find a doctor that my plan accepts. The app is useless and points you to the web which repeatedly crashes. When you try to use the regular blue shield app you cannot. I can’t believe this is an actual consumer facing product. Dreadful!

I have logged in, but these days it always shows “Unable to transfer control to external website: You must log in before using this link.” No one fixed it!

Absolutely the most useless and frustrating app I’ve ever used. Will not allow connection to my benefits, ID card, or anything I’m supposed to be able to access from this app which means I have zero digital access to what was promised by using this app. Pointless garbage!!!

Just send me an email with a PDF of my card and a link to all of my benefits and it would be much less frustrating and functional than this worthless app.

It doesn’t work. Crashes. There was nothing wrong with the Blue Shield app. Now I can’t use it. And now there’s no usable app. Garbage.

I haven’t seen the problems or issues reported in other reviews. I like that this app consolidates information In one place, it is faster than going to multiple websites.
