Humans never update status of requests, validate or invalidate concerns or engage with community in any way. We’re screaming into the void. Nothing gets done in Petaluma, but we knew that already.

This app is great for reporting problems to the city. You can include pictures. The city is responsive and updates the reports with progress updates until there is a resolution to the problem. I haven’t had any problems with the app.

This app has been messed up for over a year. Nothing has been updated in 4 years. They don’t have a app developer on city staff to update it. It’s like who was there 5 years ago when they started the app. Or is it all about the money that Apple wants? On android it had update in April 2021.

The app never launches on iOS14.7.1. The website also doesn’t work on safari. This renders a useful app very useless. Complain to the City in addition to here.

Comes on for one second, then disappears. Fix this problem! Why does this crash & not work at all? It used to work. Needs a fix!

Downloaded the app today to report street issue. App won’t even open. Every time I click the app it briefly opens and then crashes. Waste of phone space. Please fix as it is no good to Petaluma residents.

I have had good results using this app in the past -both from an app functionality standpoint, and fairly quick response time from the City of Petaluma. No more. App will not stay up on either my iPhone or iPad running iOS 14.4. Please fix.

Crashes as soon as it starts. IPhone 11 OS 14.4

Downloaded this app to my 2020 iPad Pro. Will not remain open and crashes immediately following start-up. Tried deleting the app and re-installing to no avail. So sad!
