English Folk Expo

The English Folk Expo app is a bespoke planning tool designed for use by delegates registered to attend English Folk Expo, 20th - 22nd March 2025.
The app includes all the info you require to navigate your way around the showcase: info on all artists and their set times, info on all delegates, info on the trade stands exhibiting in the conference, a map to all venues, eateries and hotels, a playlist of all artists performing at this year's showcase and a planning tool to create your personalised schedule of the showcase.
English Folk Expo (EFEx) is a charity which supports the English folk, roots and acoustic music sector through a variety of projects and initiatives.
We invited 180 music industry representatives to Manchester to watch more than 40 of the UK's best folk artists perform over three days.

SIGN-IN
To access the app's features you will need Internet connectivity and be asked to sign in using an email account and give permission for storing your ID on our servers.
ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
To request deletion of your account and all associated data, go to the menu, tap SETTINGS, then EDIT MY ACCOUNT and tap the “Delete My Account” button. You will then receive an email at the address of your logged in account asking you to confirm your data deletion request.
LOCATION SERVICES
To enable Find-a-Friend to work, you will need to provide your mobile phone number and allow the app to access your Contacts as well as location when running in the background.
BATTERY
Continued use of location services running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. This App has been designed to minimise the impact on your battery life and in most cases will be unnoticeable, but results may vary based on network conditions and usage.
