Enjin: NFT Crypto Wallet

I have enjoyed Enjin and been impressed by their service until recently. I have been trying to transfer Bitcoin for over a week and was speaking with a customer service representative but have now been ignored for days despite multiple customer support claims. If someone from Enjin helps me I’ll take down this review! My Bitcoin wallet inaccurately says it hold more than it does. There is a glitch. Also I cannot send Bitcoin, it seems like it does but then says pending until it disappears. Also when I look up the transfer hash online nothing comes up. So there is a glitch with my wallet, showing the inaccurate Bitcoin holding and I cannot transfer any out.

I’ve been using this app for several months with no issues at all. Staking worked great.

Very good app for the experienced as well as for people who want to involve themselves in NFT world but might not totally understand it at the moment. Easy to use features to get your journey started. Great job on this Enjin team, another step towards bridging crypto and the rest of the world.

This wallet is one of the first wallets I got when starting with Crypto. They have made a lot of changes to upgrade and improve. I also recently had an issue where some of my assets were not visible and Support was able to help me with regaining visibility and access to them. Thanks Etay from Enjin!

Wen staking? Until staking is available Enjin is a dead project. I’m confident that I’m not alone in that statement. Team continues to release products and features that people did not ask for. Most just want to be able to delegate their assets but the community desires seem to fall on deaf ears.

I had issues transferring some coins and reached out to their support team for help. I was honestly stressing a bit about it but they were able to quickly resolve the problem.
