I’m having trouble opening the app. To open app I have to click it several times before it opens. Need help. Thanks.

Great app, but…
Great app but crashes sometimes when opening. Please fix
Needs Update! 11/2024
11/22/2024: iPhone updated to 18.1.1. Now the app will not open at all. Crashes instantly. 6/24 Takes 2-3 tries to get app to actually open. Click, crash…click, crash… Needs to stay up to date along with iPhone updates. This started after the most recent iPhone update.
Terrible
Updated the app yesterday — phone is up to date — suddenly the playback function does not work. Says it’s “not available” on every camera. No way to get in touch with them either.
No Brainer
Super Easy to use. I feel like Batman with my covert cameras in the ENSView app. Best part is the P2P. Multi-sensors still need to be added on the CMS (typical) yet I can record my own voice from the app for intruders. The notifications (160) were all accurate in a 24 hour period on 1 camera. 100 vehicles, 60 people. Love it
