Entonal Tuner

In terms of functions, to me this is definitely the best tuner app for just intonation. The custom scale option is an amazing feature. The downside is the graphical interface which could be improved. I really look forward to the next upgrade! (I offer myself as a debugger, might it help)

How do you upgrade to pro? in-app option doesn’t work.

I was really happy to find this much needed app. I’ve been using Clear Tune but it’s cumbersome and limited to 12 note scales. Layout is simple and logical. I did encountered a problem with the playback several times. It seems that the software is misinterpreting ratios, which is quite frustrating. Some notes keep playing lower than they should based on the indicated ratio. Also some notes don’t show up in the tuner mode at all. I also want to suggest that you add the ability to reposition notes in a scale so that if one forgets or wants to add a note they can put it in the correct place. Lastly I tried leaving feedback through the app but ironically I got an error. Keep up the good work. This will easily become one of my favorite apps.

I downloaded this for the Bohlen Pierce Scale, and I use it all the time for writing microtonal music. So far it’s the only thing on the app store that does what I want it to do, so thanks for making it.

I was VERY happy to pay for this already awesome app - hope future editions can have a little more options for playback tones (sines and/or other more-sustained tones) and the option to play chords, as I’m interested in this app for flexible ear training more than for instrument tuning

Just what I need to tune an instrument using Just Intonation instead of ET. Very good app!
