App just crashes when opening…

RAF Fitness Training

I’m using this app to train for the RAF fitness test. When I started I couldn’t do more than about 5 push-ups. Now I can reach the required minimum requirement and am confident I can consolidate and build further. Plus I look better, which is not my motivator, but is what some people are after! Most fitness coaches would recommend taking rest days, which this app doesn’t include, which is why I dropped a star. So, if you follow one level per day, take a break every now and again. I like the app though, and it’s simplicity is what makes it great. Thank you developer(s). 👍🏻

I've wanted to get more fit but I didn't want one of those complex apps that makes the process long and a chore. This apps gives you what you want, an easy way to choose your fitness level and then follow the right programme for that. The interface is so clean and simple. Perfect new fitness app for iOS 7!
