Description
EntraPass go puts you in control of your security. It enables you to interact with your EntraPass security system from anywhere at any time. This easy-to-use mobile app gives you real-time access to over 20 security tasks including: Managing and creating access cards with the ability to take a picture from your device camera and add it to the access card you just created. Of course you can lock and unlock doors but you can also request reports and e-mail them in different formats.
EntraPass go also gives you the ability to create and assign Access Levels, list the events occurring in your system and much more. When used with EntraPass 6.04 or later, video and intrusion integration are also supported.
Compatibility: Requires iOS 10.3 or higher. Compatible with iPhone and iPad.

Cameras don’t work

IPhone App
At the suggestion of the professional installers, I agreed to use this App to access cameras, alarm system and zones and various gate controls. It works marginally ok on an Apple computer, although certain elements like the “virtual keyboard” do not work on a Mac. On the iPhone, it is terrible. It takes forever for the cameras to load, and of 85 alarm zones, 9 show up. Additionally, the remote ability to arm the system and disarm the system, a rather critical feature, does not work at all. What is frustrating is that this issue/problem was identified in early November. It’s now January and still not fixed/addressed. The answer is always: “we only have one technician who works on Apple products”. Until they get serious about their product being compatible with Apple products, I would wait or find something else that is truly Apple compatible.

Opens great but crashes every time a user is selected. Tried reinstalls, reboots, etc..

App will no longer work after upgrading to iOS 15.1.

Several buildings I take care of have this installed. Easy to use right from phone
Crap app
What a crap app. It’s basically useless. You can search for users but if you click their name, the app crashes. Try to unlock a door for someone on the weekend, app crashes. It’s honestly useless.
