not able to login to the app

The driver did not show up despite the fact the ride was prebooked 2days prior .

I’ve a worst experience recently booked scheduled cab to airport from ENVI application. They confirmed the booking two days before and sent text to me that “ you’ll get driver and car details 30 mins before the booking time” that driver and cab din’t came. I was trying to there customer care , no one picking the calls and after one hour I got notification that your trip got cancelled. I’ve search for Uber and ola in the last moment otherwise I should have left my flight. Worst experience ever.

The first trip has been awesome. But, the second one never came, so deleting the app now. Drivers were cancelling in the pretext that they are charging the cars or they are not aware of the duty or drivers keep skipping your calls. The crux of the matter is drivers want long trips as they get paid Rs6 per kilometers unlike Blusmart where drivers get paid by hours. Secondly, never seen Blusmart cancelling any trip after confirming the ride. Tell me ENVI, why are you not another Uber or Ola from customer experience POV?

have booked ENVI and paid via google pay but now when am trying to book for next ride, previous ride payment is still showing pending. Is it a bug or issue from the driver side no idea but this is not allowing me to ride my next destination. Have uninstalled and tried too still no resolution.

I do not think schedule ride has any meaning in your rule book. Most times you reject. Very bad experience.

Always driver not avilable

Downloaded the envi app to book my first e cab at Bangalore. And guess what, it says access denied. Now what is that?

I first thought this is Great initiative Unfortunately Have never been able to get a ride till now Support does not pick up the call No driver assigned for pre booked cabs and they cancel at last minute

I booked cab 8 hours back Driver denied the duty but I am not able to cancelled the booking to book a new ride. My booking page is hanged🤪 Envi is saying that this is the updated version 🤦🏽‍♂️🙆Its pathetic. If they really wants to continue need lot of update else Envi is envy. One more thing this in not first time I am using this app since last 7-8 months-long and suffered most of the time. And if you make complaints to Customer care your no. Will be blocked🤷🏻‍♂️
