EO Charging

This app doesn’t work. Shows time connected, but not electric supplied. EO customer service is truly appalling. Complained about this app, took a month to reply and they advised me to use my EV app!

Words cannot express the absolute ridiculousness of this app and company.. the chargers are not much better either… giving false reading’s of battery level in vehicle until unplugged then car shows true level.. App shows no charge, no kWh, no current, none of the features it advertises, customer services are NON EXISTENT…!!!!, had 2 chargers blamed the company that fitted them… explain that…. BUY AT YOUR PERIL….

The functionality that the app is meant to have simply doesn’t work. The last update broke more things than it improved. The uselessness of the app has made the charger effectively unusable.

Have tried to reach support over 4 times across 6 months to resolve a faulty charger but have never received a call back. Terrible service - avoid if you can

Why do they allow people who write apps like this to put infrastructure in our cities? Tried to use it to pay for charging - unrecognised device, couldn’t scan, locked account.. deleted. Find another charging station.

Worst app. Basic features like scheduling not working. It’s almost 4 months and still team is not able to get this scheduling feature enabled. The unit is a brick without the app functioning properly. Please avoid installing EO.

Recently the app has stopped displaying the kWH added only shows the time charged. Please fix

Problem going on over 2 months. Didn’t have a charger for over 2 weeks. Then they sent the wrong charger. Made numerous complaints and not heard a thing. And the app is atrocious. Never works, always disconnects from WiFi and the schedule doesn’t work. Appalling. Save yourself and find another charger.

The app looks good but is terrible. You plug into a charger download the app and as if by magic… you can’t do anything other than add a home charger… Call the support number? They won’t answer, don’t waste your time!

Terrible app! It’s so basic and has incredibly poor functionality, it never works first time and I have to reload and reconnect to the WiFi every time! There’s always an issue and customer service via the app is non existent! Avoid eo charging at all costs! Wish I’d checked the reviews before I bought it.
