Works well and is an invaluable tool for daily use. Have recommended it to my entire staff.
I loved the app. Used to use it all the time. No there is no slide bar for equivalents. Not sure what happened to it. Also app crashes whenever I edit current opioids in conversion function. Please fix. New update: Thanks for fixing the slider and app crashes when editing current opioids. This is the best opioid conversion app on the market. Use it all the time. I recommend it to all my residents, pharmacists, and students. Keep up the good work.
I bought this about a month ago. It does not work. It crashes EVERY TIME I use it. There is no slider for equivalence, so it is permanently set at 50%. I can handle that it is annoying and takes extra time and brain power. I have contact support x 3 with NO RESPONSE. I will be requesting a refund ASAP.
So far this app stinks. It's very frustrating that there is no side bar to adjust the equivalence to 100%. This makes this app useless to me and a waste of my money.
Not longer works
Being in the field of pain management, this app becomes useful several times a day. It allows for compensation for opioid tolerance and helps to establish a common reference point for a patient's total opiate dose.
I work with Hospice and use this app daily to convert pain medications. Is extremely user friendly!!
Excellent tool! Use it frequently especially when pats are on multiple opioids.
Good app, could contain more info
