Great remote and excellent support from the developer! Thanks so much!
Hands down this is the best EOS remote available. Goes far beyond other remotes capabilities. Huge time saver.
Not just a completely mobile Ion console in your hand, this app is easily navigable by Production Electricians, Programmers and LD’s alike. I’d like to give a special shout-out to the developer, Trent, for speedy and effective “out-of-the-box” Tech Support to get us up and running in minutes. Sealed the “should I subscribe” deal for me!
It used to be great. I don’t know what update this happened in but now it’s incredible frustrating and useless on a job site using a local area network. It wants to check for a subscription randomly every 5 to 20 minutes now and if it can’t (i.e. not connected to the internet because you’re on a LAN with the console) it disconnects. You’ll have to leave the app, reconnect to the internet, go back into the app, restore purchases, leave the app again, go back to your local network, go back to the app, and reconnect with the console every time. Been using this app for years with the monthly subscription and never had this issue until now. Beware if using a local area network
I absolutely loveee this app. It has saved me so much time and error.
Awesome app, I just wish it could be bought without a subscription. The app keeps losing my license data and I need to connect back to wifi to get it working and then back to my rfr router. Can be a pain sometimes, but other then that it’s flawless
I love this app! Great layout, I haven’t imported a magic sheet yet but once my plot gets finalized I will! I love that it feels very user friendly and familiar. I was pretty bummed to not be able to record, but then I found the setting to turn that on! I also super appreciate the quick flashlight button on the top left. Thanks for making a great app for when I’m up in the air!
Recently switched to this from iRFR. So far have zero complaints and it seems like it’s only added features without taking out any of the capabilities of the official app. Love it Are there any plans to opt-in to Apple Silicon compatibility? Even the ios app alone without changes would be super useful to have on a laptop down on stage
Can’t get it to connect to 2 separate venues and their respective consoles. WiFi is on the same network, IP address and all respective remote and OSC settings are where they need to be. Just gives me the “network is down” error message.
Ok I love this app. The keypad layout is great, and most things about this app just make more sense compared to the official app by ETC. One thing I would like to see is a fine adjustment option for the encoders as the current increment is too course. Also, the cue list should get the info of the current cue from Eos and highlight it, instead of it having to take priority.
