Whenever I try to apply discount codes on the app it always tells me it’s “invalid” even if it’s a code EOTD has provided me. Their customer service is great and quality check seems great 😊. But it doesn’t seem fair for discount codes not to work. All in all very trustworthy merchant for lenses 🩷

I can’t sign in or create an account!!! I tried on my phone and on google chrome and safari and it won’t let me sign in or activate my account it keeps glitching!!
I ordered with express shipping which should take 3 days max, I waited 2 weeks and tried to contact them. The Contact us button led to a blank space. They just sent an automatic email saying my order would arrive today when I tried spamming emails. Contacting my bank never again
