In July 2014, we established Shenzhen branch as our production base. In August 2014, we were listed in NATIONAL EQUITIES EXCHANGE AND QUOTATIONS and launched into capital market successfully.

Installation fails
Positive: the Epever charger is great. The support reacted quick and kind. Not positive: the Epever WiFi module and the app don’t seem to be in a mature development status. Registration only by asking per email, not over the app (not explained). Despite the friendly service a cloud connection was simply not possible (iOS). The WiFi module should not be advertised and sold seriously.
Worst ExPerience EVER
No connection possible - Bluetooth devices are not found - Wi-Fi devices not found - cloud registration was added from EPEVER support, because not possible in the App. Wi-Fi devices could not be added to cloud afterwards - support since then didn’t do anything than sending instructions how to add things via the app, but ignores that it doesn’t work… and no connection is possible… Next time I am buying other solar equipment. At least the usb cable to use with the windows app let you configure the solar inverter.
Funktioniert nicht unter IOS 15
Der Service reagiert auch auf Englisch nicht wirklich. Die Antworten passen nicht zu den Fragen. Schade
I cannot use the App, no connection to Wifi
If I connect the eBox-Wifi direkt with the Network of the EPEVER than I can use the App EP-01! This works! No Problem! BUT: When I try to connect the eBox-Wifi to my local Network, (I want to connect the EPEVER to the Cloud with the App EPEVER Pair) there is an information „the password of my local Network must have 8 to 16 digits“. My Network password have exactly 16 digits (only letters and numbers), but an error massages says, my password would be to long!
