Unable to open app, not able to use

Unable to access log in due to configuration for environment. No links for help.

I work in IR and use rover mostly to communicate with others while in the hospital or on call at home. However, many times I’ve tried to login but would get “no available jobs” alert and not allowed to login and check and/or reply to messages. This is a big flaw and needs to be fixed. The only time I’ve found I could use the app is if I’m already logged in the computer at work but what’s the point? It’s not very useful if I’m using the work computer.. I’ve tried everything including messing with my own privacy settings but to no avail, no pun intended.

The app is not working since last week. Is something going on?

Our transport team stoped receiving notification when the phones are locked. All the setting on the app and phone are set correctly is there anything that changed? We need help as we stoped getting notification and we have to constantly pole our phone to get our orders

This still really needs camera integration for barcode/QR scanning fo inventory. It’s too bad this is still not a function.

Ever since I got my new phone I have been unable to scan meds or labs which was the biggest reason for using the app. Please fix this it’s been MONTHS!

I wish that when you are in the Patient Transport you are able to put in from rover NON PT Transport request.

Check labs wherever I am in the ED would be amazing! - Feature non-functional Add photos of wounds right to the chart from the bedside?!?! - Feature non-functional Unlock with Face ID?!?! - Feature non-functional Voice to text like the docs? - NOPE Scan Meds at the BS without the need for a bulky WOW?!?! - Yeah, no. (SIGH)
