Our child has a hx/dx of Epilepsy but as lately has had a lot more complex issues (possibly associated with POTS)- one being tachycardia. It seems like her device is assuming that her elevated HR is caused by a seizure which sends an automatic notification. Is there a way to get the notification to indicate what the HR reading is? Not sure If know the different cell between a HR associated with a seizure vs. regular elevated HR.
I would like to add notes to my app because you don’t know how to describe or rate it; to disclose the entire episode without going over to her app

Got this app to alert me when my daughter had a seizure. She had a seizure and not one person got the alert about it. App did not work.
My sons seizures have gotten worse and we’re looking for a way to get an alert when he has them, found this app, well he’s had 3 in the last few days and this app didn’t do anything

It didn’t warn me before I had any of my seizures. Iv had epilepsy since I was 8 yrs old this app didn’t detect any seizure symptoms,I was extremely unhelpful
There needs to be a better way to get notified - over ride of silence and a way for it to alert me other than just a silent notification!

I’m on the contract list for a friend who has seizures and a few days ago she had a seizure and I did not get an alert on my phone but when I logged into the link it says that I received an alert for her. I’m not sure what went wrong but I need to be able to get the alert like an alarm going off. Is there anything I need to know to correct this.
