I love the app I am just experiencing one issue, when I go onto the app everything thing is fine but as soon as I click on my book it does nothing but load ( it’s not my Wi-Fi I have checked) but other than that I love this app

The app used to work quite well a while back but these days when I want to sign in, it’s extremely slow and will just show a white tab. (My wifi is working well). And it tells me to sign in via Safari when I have already opened the app😳 Please fix this issue. Its really discouraging me to continue using the app. Terrible!!!

I was previously using the app and loved it! Recently I had to delete the app to free up storage and have now re-downloaded it. But it keeps redirecting me to a blank page when I try to sign in. I’m getting really irritated as this isn’t the only problem i’ve experienced with this app.

I really like the app, but whenever i download a book, the text will down load but the pictures wont I thought it automatically downloads the WHOLE book Not just the text

It’s an Ebook so multiple people should be able to use same book, it crashes after the update still

I find this application absolutely amazing! It’s user friendly and easily accessible. However, my current book ‘Beyond the Wall’ by Tanya Landman has stopped working as of last night. It opens to page 34 and as I turn to the next page the screen goes blank - completely white. I have tried restarting the app as well as my iPad. Is there something else I could try ?

I tried to add CPA Australia but when I click on sign in using CPA Australia, it greys out and does not work. The same happens with other libraries as well such as CAANZ. UPDATE - the developers have fixed the issue which is great. Thanks for listening to our feedback.

Normal school kid, why do you have to make it so one book borrowed, BOOM no more borrowing for A WHOLE DAY please fix this I really like reading 🥺🙏otherwise pretty good.
