No chargers
No chargers appear in app. Worse than useless
New app feedback
New app gives a better quality of service, more user friendly UI, very handy option to navigate to the EV Charger using an external app like Google Maps. Well done team. Big improvement, highly recommended
Unable to charge car
Unable to charge car due to autopay issue with the app. Gave up trying to sort out the app so contacted the help line who recommended to uninstall and reinstall the app. Did that and the issue persists. Can charge using the tap to pay on the charger itself and that worked ok.
Would not activate public charger
Support were terrible when I rang - the app shows a charger then won’t activate
Phantom chargers ZERO STARS
Forced to download the app and register but our car park chargers DOES NOT showing in the app and unable to charge anymore. Totally USELESS. Would give ZERO starts if this would be possible
