When you make an app , app editing features should be there

App freezes and loses connection to printer

Hatha Lover on

Ireland

I can't use the Scan function, when I click it it does nothing and the app is frozen The printer needs to be reconnected every few weeks which makes no sense

What a useless App

GlennonD on

Ireland

DO NOT buy a printer that needs this app. It doesn’t support pretty much anything I try print from my iphone or iPad. Always format issues. The fact you have to use the app to print anything is so inconvenient. I wouldn’t mind as much if it would print things but the constant issues with formats make this printer extremely unusable. Save your self the hassle.

Stopped working with the latest update

doomedplanet on

Ireland

This app was very good but the latest update to the app has broken it on iPhone and iPad. None of the functionality works now, you can not print or scan with it.

Bad quality printer

Katy BK on

Ireland

This printer is unbelievably slow, and the quality of the print is shockingly poor. Maybe if you were only printing text it would be ok but it’s not ok for photos. It cost €209. Good money gone to waste as Electro City will not take it back. I will have to buy another printer. Not a happy customer.
