Epson does everything possible to make it so you can’t earn enough points to earn any of their big ticket items in the shop, and won’t record referrals that you need to earn points.

This app is wonderful when it actually decides to work properly. But when it doesn’t work properly. That doesn’t appear to be any way to get in direct connection with somebody from support. I’ve gone up a few ranks in the app. And for those ranks I should be getting a couple of thousand points each. But I haven’t gotten the points. They’re stuck in my “unclaimed rewards” and they have no apparent button or option to redeem them. I’m sitting on like 5k points that I CANT ACCESS. And there’s no way to get in contact with any kind of support to fix this issue. And I’m not the only one with this issue. I asked on the community page about it and it seems there are 3 other people experiencing this same issue.

Talk about a fantastic app. Knowledge at your fingertips, prizes, give aways, and even a developing community of user feedback . If you can, get the app, and USE the app. It’s more than educational it’s the EDGE you need to help your customers and that’s worth as many stars as I can give.

Love this app. I am slowly becoming an Epson master! Great easy to digest content that is fun to learn.
