App hangs on “look up”

The app hangs when I look up a highlighted text for meaning.

Buggy Product. Don’t buy Pro Subscription.

This product stop working several times while wi-fi transfer. I am pro customer and tried to contact support through email regarding this issue but I got the delivery fail message. The email mentioned in the app description is fake.

Free or paid

Is it free app or I have to pay for that ..

Update the app to utilise the bigger screen of I phone X and later phones

Overall pleasant experience, so upgraded to a pro version. Upgraded my phone from 8 to 11 , need Full screen mode in 11 . The app is tailored for smaller screen i phone only . Please update!

Bug!!

Please update the app hangs while selecting word from file.. than you need to reopen otherwise it stuck...

Best reader out there

No ads, no distractions with this one. I was using another e-reader that suddenly started doing pop up ads after each chapter and most free ones do a thin line of moving ads at the bottom which is super distracting. This one work best and I'll definitely be getting the premium.

Font needed

Please make a feature to add custom Fonts or add the Bookarly font

User friendly app with minor challenges

I love the app and have been reading many books on it. But there are two challenges: 1. If i want to increase the font size I am unable to do so and 2. Post ios14 if I click on lookup, it sticks there and does not close. Please update the app so that the issue doesn't persist. Thanks for making such a user friendly app.

Most annoying app to use .

Great App

App is really useful. In dark mode when you look up definition of a word, the screen which shows the definition is white, not dark. This causes strain on eyes. Please correct this.
