Worked perfectly okay until the recent upgrade. Now I can’t even log in to it! Not helpful at all.

As many others have said, enabling biometrics does not last and I need to keep typing in all of my log-in information. Please get this sorted asap as it is ruining your user experience before even getting into the app! Responses to app reviews go a long way. What are you doing to resolve this issue and when will it be fixed in production? Thanks

Would be 5 stars if you didn’t need to keep entering all you details every time you sign in. Gets you to create a pin and set up face recognition but then forgets if all the next time you access the app. So much nicer and easier to use the the website but the logging in needs to be fixed

For the durations I’m logged in it’s good. Unfortunately it frequently forgets my details and I have to re register again to get back in. Very frustrating.

Please fix it

This is an excellent app, with a far superior user interface over their website. It’s a really easy way for me to view all of my work based savings plans. However, it is limited in what you can do through the app vs the website. Most annoyingly, it repeatedly logs you out of the app which means you need to chose your employer and register all over again- very annoying. I don’t understand why it asks you to create a pin, and even allows you to enable FaceID, but next time you go to use the app it’s forgotten everything and you have to start again. Please try to improve this. It has some great potential.

Does what it says on the tin. Easy to set up.

Access has been severely affected for a whole year since I joined, as the app frustratingly never ever remembered that I set up Touch ID and frustratingly forced me to enter my full details every single time I had been logging in. Glad to find out today that finally I can access the app with biometrics! Better late than never.

This app always crashes when trying to load
