Unable to key in login password due to screen displayed in landscape. Not a stable app.

Having difficulty to tap on back button on top left corner of iPhone. Try to use photo function to take photo but it keep mentioned that document is blur. Been stuck at the completion of registration.

I’m using more than 4 years. So far no issues. Customer service good !!!!

Unbelievable to see pin on transaction screen. Also, back button doesn’t work on ios16

App is easy to use but when registering recipients in the Philippines, it is not able to accept the long phone numbers of the Philippines (11-digits). It is only accepting the last 7 digits which is totally wrong and incomplete. The timeout is inconvenient too. I had to look at my family’s info in the pictures or in the messenger coz I need to enter the birthdate and the phone numbers. By the time I go back which is less than a minute, it timed already and I have to start the registration all over again. So discouraging to use.

After updating the app, funny jokes pop out saying “no internet connection” then how did I update the app just now? Tried a few time later, problems remained the same.

The transaction getting slower nowadays, initially manage to get the transfer completed within a day if the order is submitted before 2pm of the day, recently it became 2-3days to get the transaction completed. Probably its time to try a different exchange provider now.

done with reinstalling and restarting phone. still it kept on auto closing the app. using iphone xs

After key in pin the app auto close. Please fix this. Thanks

Walao I had spending a lot of time to sign up but still cannot! This app ask me confirm by email and I’ve fit up the form many time but the result is ask me go back and use by mobile app?! WT..???
