La Guía de Respuesta en caso de Emergencias (GRE) de PHMSA es el recurso de referencia para los primeros en respuesta durante la fase inicial de un incidente de transporte de mercancías o materiales peligrosos.
La Aplicación ERG es un complemento valioso, basado en la última edición de GRE, para ayudar a los primeros en respuesta a acceder rápidamente a información crítica al alcance de su mano. La aplicación presenta una lista indexada de mercancías peligrosas, incluido su número de identificación, peligros generales y precauciones de seguridad recomendadas.
En escenarios prácticos, como responder a un camión con remolque volcado que muestra un cartel de materiales peligrosos del DOT, los primeros en respuesta pueden usar la aplicación para identificar rápidamente el material asociado con el cartel y obtener orientación sobre cómo responder de manera efectiva.

Suggestions
5 stars cause it’s super convent and handy! Only suggestion is making the wind direction option easier to maneuver.. could be a bit confusing to use :)
Dark mode for first responders
Could use a dark mode for working on scene at night

This is a great app. So much better than the book. I suggest when in the orange section have the “protective distance” icon at the bottom green instead of grayed out and/or have the green highlighted area in the evacuation section a link to the protective distances. Great app
