Great potential but not there yet

My main problem while using this app is that it forces me to keep tapping the screen to prevent my phone from putting it to sleep. Other apps don’t do this.

Missing Features

I am not seeing any alarm function on this app. Just stretch routines and workspace suggestions.

Very good app

I tried a few free apps before I tried this one..and it is the best. The reminders are great and the exercises work well. I would recommend.

Really good!

Really like this. Two things I would like to see in order to get 5 stars: 1. More info on what the stretch is 2. An option to add more than 4 reminders.

Good; a couple tweaks, please

I love this app. I use it on my iPad 2 at work to prevent feeling tired, cramped, and sore at the end of the day in front of a computer. However, the following tweaks would move it to 5 stars in my view: 1. Add speech prompt when switching to a new stretch, not just when switching sides. 2. The green circle around the start button is very off center (is NOT around the start button) on my iPad 2. 3. Make the information about how to view the stretch visible, or, when the (i) icon is tapped and showing the info, update the info when the stretch changes.

👍👍👍

Helpful app. Lots of good tips and timely reminders when I forget to get up and move around and do stretches. And it's nice that the app doesn't nag for you to review like so many other apps.

Needs more development

The concept for this app is good, but this app still needs development. I like the examples of stretches, but the graphics and explanations could be better. I like that you can set the times, but I also want to set the days (I don't need to be reminded on weekends when I am already active). Needs ability to add own activities and points. Need a way to manage or edit activities.

Requires password, not enough alarms

I'm disappointed that the app required me to create an account just to use it. I really need an intelligently designed app to remind me to do my Bruegger's Relief Position stretch for 30 secs every 20 minutes while I'm at work. I need to be able to tell it my schedule, it needs to be responsive when the screen is locked (like a cloud player app), it needs to interrupt audio through the headphones, etc. This app is not it. I used to use Workrave for the PC, but I don't want to install it on my work computer at my new job.

Good way to get in quick stretches

I like the reminders and picture samples. Hopefully the developer can include a beep between different stretches to be reminded of switching without constantly looking at the screen. Also, can you make the app prevent the phone from going to sleep?
