Doesn’t work
I loved the game but it doesn’t load about 30 minutes into the game. The link to troubleshooting is broken so no help. I paid for it and it is unplayable…
Fix it.
How about getting the loading issues fixed? And your app support, troubleshooting & FAQs is a dead end on your website.

To good to be true
I bought this game yesterday and it was so good. Then after an hour playing the interaction movie I receive error message … “internet connection error”. If the game does not load, hit the website’s link. I did this and I get a message that my Apple Phone has been hacked. I thought $2.99 to own the game was reasonable. I WAS WRONG!!!

I’ve never played a game like this and I loved it! The story was so creative, the graphics great, the whole thing…. It was just perfection!
Can’t download additional content
Great game, I purchased it, but now I’m on a screen that it needs to download more content. It says to go to the website if it doesn’t work…which it doesn’t, and the website won’t even load, so I’m stuck here with an unfinished game. Any help here would be appreciated.
