Handling to be improved
I was mainly using the app to navigate the public transport system. First of all I was hoping the app would include also buses but there are only subway lines indicated on the app. But to be fair we only used the subway while in New York and only got on the bus to get to the airport. Most annoying thing however was that it’s incredibly hard to select the stations on the map to see the names and lines. You have to tap the station multiple times, zoom in and out and some of them that are close to pre marked points of interest I didn’t even manage to select. Very annoying. This totally kills it for me.

Je n’avais pas beaucoup de wifi, cet appli m’a permis de me repérer dans cette immense ville sans connexion, sans elle je me serais perdu un nombre incalculable de fois 😭 merci Eric !!!

Sehr gute App inkl. Metrokarte
Diese App ist absolut zu empfehlen. Sie ist sehr gut zu bedienen und hat viele hilfreiche Tipps. Ich habe insbesondere die Metrokarte genutzt, die ist wirklich super und mit jeder einzelnen Haltestelle markiert und welcher Zug wo hält. So muss man nur noch schauen, ob man nach Norden (Uptown) oder nach Süden (Downtown) fahren will.
Musical Tickets
Wir haben Tickets für ein Musical gekauft, wussten aber nicht genau welche Plätze es sind, nur den Bereich. Eric hat das für uns umgehend abgeklärt und per Mail informiert. Super Plätze und super Service, hat alles bestens geklappt. Besten Dank nochmals Beatrix
Bestes new yorker app
Sehr gutes app wir haben alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sehr gut gefunden mit der app. Wir konnten sogar die Subway ohne Probleme nutzen mit der App Dieses App empfehle ich auf jedenfall weiter, dieses App hat uns sehr geholfen für unsere 5tage in new york. viele dank 🥇👍🏼👏🏼
