I downloaded this like a year ago when I had nothing else to play and it was fine but now it just dosen’t even load the game when I open the app it just crashes

So I downloaded this and every time I clicked on chat I would ge flicked out of the app and also plz make the chats free
Scam
Not only me, but multiple people have been getting scammed from this game. When buying any in-game items you won’t receive them. I bought gems, and a couple other stuff and never received it. I contacted support and they just ignored my email. Don’t get scammed!
PURCHASES DO NOT WORK. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.
Bought the $9.99 and $19.99 gem pack and didn’t receive anything. Waited an hour and nothing was charged to my card so I assumed it was an error; reattempted the $19.99 purchase, and failed, another 2 times. Came back later and was charged $70($76 with tax). Still didn’t get anything I paid for and, according to apple, only one of those charges is eligible for a refund. From what I understand, this is an issue with apple—rather than the developer. Still want my $50 back. Edit: this appears to be a recurring problem for a lot of other people as well. Just don’t trust the store at all.
Do not spend money
So far everything was great but then I decided to actually spend money on this game because I needed gems to talk to a premium girl and I’ve bought gems two times already and have not received ANY of the gems yet, spent $5 total and was promised 1500 gems but never got it. If you play this game then DO NOT spend money on this game because it will just rob you and you will not receive anything for the money you spend
As of right now love it
Played this game for a while. I love it personally. The conversations are all very cool. However, I have run into a problem of not being able to spend money on gems. The payment option will show up then not go through even though it will say payment successful.

I’ve been playing for a while now. It’s good it’s just that when I buy an add-on on the game it’ll charge me on the card but it’ll never actually give me the thing I bought. Developers please give me an explanation to this thank you.

Purchases don’t work at all, I bought 3 separate packs and NONE of them gave me my items, I’ve contacted support with absolutely no reply in 4 days so by the time they respond they’ll probably just tell me they can’t find my purchase or something, this game is a scam
