App not work not subscribe and I already pay

Scammers

ALERT!!! Do not download this app and NEVER SUBSCRIBE with them. I had saved my card on their app and I have been unknowingly charged with AED 54.99 twice!!! that also without my consent. When I try to contact them, no one replies!!

Keep getting payment error

After selecting plan and continue, I keep getting payment failed

Subscription Cancellation

I have cancelled the subscription but still Eros keeps on charging me. Very bad customer service as they are not responding at all to emails. It appears that Eros is also now working as any other local provider, where the would want to rip off customers through fraudulent repeat billing.

How to un subscribe ?????

I have been charged thrice without my consent … I received a voucher from gulf news for 50 dhs I used it and unsubscribed it but still much later on it kept charging me 55 ….
