Embarrassing App
No portrait mode. No volume control. OBU connection not 100% reliable.
Useless app
Can’t do anything with this app. Cannot disable card (for complimentary parking), cannot change volume of notifications. 2 basic features that a modern mobile app cannot even perform. Pathetic programmers doing this app.
Useless
Does not have the function to disable/turn off payment. What’s the point of this app then?
Apps in Huawei
Why not add the apps in Huawei store ??
App freezing
Whenever I press the 3 lines on the top, I will enter the menu but then when I go back to the Home Screen, the app freezes and I have to swipe up the app just to press another button on the app. Very dumb problem. Please fix this

ERP 2.0 Apps no update since using for 1 month time. Unable to lower the volume of the processing unit! Feedback done 1 momth ago to LTA hotline yet still waiting for the developer update!
Good first step but misses the point
Nice step to have the app, but without the ability to turn on/off the obu from the app is a big miss from an user perspective. It’s a basic function and curious why it was such an obvious miss
Disable beep sound
Give us the option to disable the beep sound. Is so loud and can scare die me. Give people the option if they want or not to be reminded of bus lane school lane traffics camera.
Unable to replace the screen
Cannot disable or adjust volume of the alert.
