App won’t let me sign up
The app would not send a message for sign up/sign in. Really poor maintenance of the app!

How It Works
Download the app, then create and authorise your account in seconds by confirming your phone number and/or email. Select your town/city, pick a ride plan (Day Pass, or Monthly Subscription), add your payment method.
When you want to use a bike, first RESERVE a bike in the app before you arrive at your preferred Station. Once at the Station, scan the QR code of your reserved bike to unlock from Station. If the chain lock is on the bike, use code displayed in the app to unlock. You are now ready to ride! At the end of your journey return the bike from the station from which you took the bike.
Features include:
Register in seconds, selecting your town/city, and ride plan
Find your nearest eBike on the map
Reserve a bike to ensure availability
Unlock the eBike by scanning the QR code on the handlebars
Track your full trip and payment history

Disappointing
Downloaded separately for myself and my husband, on both occasions I had difficulty just signing up! On mine it took ages to get my card up for payment and on my husband having a challenge to even select a plan. Annoying to say the least. I am only persisting as we actually want to try the bikes
