DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
I’ve been a patron of eShakti for a decade. I must own over 40 of their custom cut garments and have been 100% satisfied with them until recently. In March 2024 I place two orders totaling over $3000 USD. Late May I finally received five of the 45 garments I’d ordered. When I checked the app to see when I might receive the rest of my order, the app claimed that the entire order had been delivered. Website claimed the same. I called them and was placed on hold by an automated system until the same automated voice informed me that their customer service reps were busy so I should leave a message. I did. I’ve called every week (sometimes multiple times) since June 1. I’ve also sent SEVEN emails. I’ve received ZERO responses from them. Meanwhile, they’ve launched a new app for their Western customers called Zapelle. Apparently, they have time/ability to expand but not to serve longtime loyal customers. I’ll be going to a consumer advocate service and my local consumer advocate investigative reporter next. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY WITH ESHAKTI!!!
