Difficulties for pairing

Eckinox43 on

Switzerland

I had to contact the support for pairing the device as it didn’t work directly. Support was helpful, and now I’m waiting for the home kit integrations, like other customers.

Altbacken

King_Kong_CH on

Switzerland

Könnte aus dem Jahr 1990 stammen. Langsam, keine Homekit Integration und auch unübersichtlich da nicht anpassbar.

Outdated UX/UI

jsnjhn_ on

Switzerland

This app looks like it’s from 2010. Features are very basics and some don’t even work properly (like heating). No integration to smart hubs (Google, Apple)

Temperaturabzeige

Gabruuzz on

Switzerland

Ab wann ist die Temperatur bei der Heizung sichtbar? Die Striche helfen nicht besonders

Horrible UI and lacking integrations

KevChrisCH on

Switzerland

The UI of the app is badly designed and looks like an old prototype. One might expect a high degree of functionality instead but that’s not the case either. You need to seriously catch up and integrate apple home etc. which enables voice controls. The smarthome industry has evolved quite a bit, esmart not so much…

HomeKit?

RobertoL95 on

Switzerland

Wird es in Zukunft irgendwann möglich sein über die Home App oder Shurtcuts möglich sein über Temperaturen und Fensterläden usw. zu kontrollieren?

Nonfunctional

Ivo Dimitrov on

Switzerland

The app allows to open the front door. And nothing else. You can send the demo version that you should be able to turn on and off the lights, the electricity sockets, use the heating system, and put down and retract the blinds, but none of this is actually possible, nor does it come up in the menu. As far as the UX is concerned, part of the menu is hidden by the middle floating on the new iPhones.

ESMART

Switzerland

Simple d’utilisation et pratique au quotidien

Unusable

Oli Oldie on

Switzerland

GUI from hell, lousy functionality. Should be prohibited.

So much potential

richardvogler on

Switzerland

…but unfortunately this app has not even HomeKit integration or any shortcut possibilities. User interface really looks like from another decade. Developers should start all over from the beginning. It could be such a great system because it already has the basics you need for a working smart home. Can’t wait to see what devs will do with it.
