No support for iPhones per rep
Having problems with cam not powering up totally and was told that the app in the iPhone App Store no longer supports the camera only android phones. Makes no sense to me at all!!!!!

Two big issues: - Log In: typically will have to log in multiple times before it actually works and let’s you through to the camera screens - Inappropriate Advertisements: when you do get to the Home Screen, an ad will sometimes start to play and several times this has been an inappropriate ad playing sounds like an adult movie!!! This is NOT OK and the app developers need to make this stop asap. - 2 stars thereafter as when you do get in after the above issues the camera functions themselves work fine usually.
Login will fail 9/10 times. Playback fails. Sd format fails. This app has very very little that functions properly. Far more frustrating than helpful.
Since the update, I’m miss any notifications due to the app signing me out. I have to sign in every time I open the app. Pop ups😑…. But I get it. Would be happy to give five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This used to be a great app until the last update which obviously was just to allow ads pop up when you first open the camera, which I had never had to deal with before.
This app has always been just barley good enough to keep and use and now in the newest update that in the foot notes said it was for optimization of user experience all they did was add an annoying ADD right when the app opens this obviously being the last sraw for me and I’m sure most other people Do Not Buy These cameras because the app is garbage.
I hope you’re seeing this before buying the camera, or at least within the return time. I’ve had three of these and none of them last. I’m very tech savvy and in fact in tech support myself. My most current issue is getting the camera to connect to the internet. Being sure to log into a 2.4Ghz WiFi, and even trying hardwire. Currently awaiting a response on obtaining firmware updates, but at this point I’m not hopeful. Before this issue begun, I had given up on getting it to record video. Clips wouldn’t store, and if they did, you couldn’t rewatch them. Also, make sure you don’t touch the power cable once you plug it in. Almost immediately it will ruin the port and prevent proper seating of the power cable. Might make a decent hood ornament or be good for target practice.

The camera shows up on connected devices to the network, but the app does not recognize the camera on the network, after QR scan, the 3min countdown timer time out and says it failed to connect to network, but I can see the camera when looking through network security app. Any help?
I don’t know if it happened in the latest update but out of no were the app stopped sending me notifications from my camera don’t understand please fix app.
