Paid for sub and songs not available

Paid for the subscription and now most of the songs are “not available, choose another one” Pointless having the app if you can’t even play the songs, the app is useless.

What the heck!? Whenever I click a song it says track not available please choose another one. I have tried all the songs in that playlist + the fix song button. Still says that. You guys used to be great. Fix it please.

Offline music Not Working

Have purchased premium, download tab is not showing! Therefore offline is not available! Any help cheers guys

Paying for a service that isn’t working most the time.

Ridiculous guys, none of the music tracks will play and it continuously tells me it cannot be played or found, even though it had no issues previously.

I just got a new phone and all my offline songs are there but cannot be played offline and there isn’t any download offline button there. DEVELOPERS PLS RESPOND

Problems with downloading after updating

Uh so like as normal I had all my songs downloaded but after updating it I couldn’t find the download offline button and then a few weeks ago I updated it again and it unsaved all my songs and it wont let me save it online anymore

NO LONGER SUPPORTS OFFLINE PLAY

Waste! This no longer supports offline play. Eats up your data if not on wifi. Has functionality like Apple Music with lyrics and cover photos per song / album where supported other than that. No different than any other app. Wouldn’t bother. Use to be the best app on the market. Now you can’t play offline. As a premium payer this should be a given, also? Download the album as bulk instead of one by one should be a feature too but unfortunately not the case. Going back to Apple Music !

Can’t play offline

The app is cool it’s got all the songs it’s like Spotify but the only thing is that you can only listen to songs online if you are offline it will not play it. It can play offline but you have to pay for the premium version, I would have recommended it to people but you have to pay to listen to it offline , but if you wanna listen to music offline there’s a app called ( Imusic) it’s good a bit of ads but you can download listen to music offline and play while the phone is turned off it’s good I highly recommend it
