Avoid parting with any money to this company. Ordered 3 cooker connector all shown as in stock. Paid for next day delivery and only 1 arrived. No phone number available only email and takes days to answer.

In addition, this companies accounts have not been filled ( check companies house ) and 29 of its 31 directors have resigned. App Store are you checking this out? I ordered 3 weeks ago. Product did not arrive. There is no customer services number to call. The virtual assistant does not work. The refund instructions do not work. I have emailed and submitted the company forms 5 times and no reply. App Store should remove this app immediately. Am reporting to trading standards.

This is no better than the website. There is little functionality (as in most link buttons don’t actually work) and whenever I try to view my order (one of a few links that semi works) it automatically logs out. Same on the website, bizarrely. Pointless.

This is my own experience over two days. Item ordered failed to arrive and it was impossible to communicate by phone or chat. Only by email and waiting two days for a response.

Pointless app. It replicates the main site and takes you there. You may as well use the main site as this is not offering anything different. It has it’s share of bugs to. Prices for some of the parts are more expensive.

Rubbish app don’t know why you wouldn’t use Amazon
