Always cannot connect to server when logging in

I have never successfully logged in

Your app does not work for weeks

I downloaded the app since a couple of weeks ago & it does not allow me to login. I can login via your website and feedback the issue to your CS. Was advised the app is having technical issue and to shop online via your website instead. Till now, I’m still encountering the same error of not able to login. Is your IT team resolving the problem or I can delete this app permanently?

Can’t login

I have been using this app for few years but for last few months can’t logic to the app. Tried everything (iOS upgrade, app update, reinstall) and it always says “An error occured while connecting to the server. Please try again later.” Can you fix this issue.

Esprit gold member failed to log in

Always failed to log in with right id n pass

Back button goes back to home page

Every time I tried to go back after looking at an item, it will redirect back to home page and I had to start all over again. This bug has been ongoing for a few updates and not corrected. I saw a few comments on this problem and nothing been done. Update 10 Sep 2019: Even after downloading the latest update, the back button problem is still not solved. And on top of that, I can’t log in now. Going to delete this awful app.

Your app is horrible

Your app is horrible. Back button is in fact home button. Don’t sort well. Don’t load well. A let down to the good quality clothes. Sorry to say that. Lousy
