I love the clothes and the style

Have been trying all weekend to order a swim suit your system won’t accept my address in any format I have tried numerous !!! If I didn’t love the costume so much I would have given up but now I’m going to phone to try to order

Used to work fine now takes ages to load and the account function doesn't work at all

I love the quality, variety and style of men’s clothing that I buy from Esprit. My only complaint is that we no longer have an Esprit store in Brighton, where I can peruse items and try them on. Unfortunately so many stores have gone and having to regularly return clothes that don’t fit well, finding a design or colour looks different from online photos etc is time consuming and boring. Also I miss chatting to staff and occasionally getting their advice or opinions.

The app has no reviews from previous customers. The app tells you nothing about model height, clothing length. The price of items go up then down then marked as new when item doesnt sell.some of the photos are so bad as the model is just doing silly poses that are so unatural you can’t even see the item properly.

I like multiple choices and quality of Esprit garments. I would put all 5 stars half a year ago. I’m loyal customer for about 10 years. Recently there have been endless releases of iOS App updates and each of them instead of improving user experience takes something well loved away. For example, names of colours are gone for garments in singular colour. To see name of colour you need to add it to shopping basket and then name of colour appears. E-points calculator doesn’t work anymore for about 3 months. Purchases get registered, but no e-points added. I’ve written to support and answer was that e-points get updated within 2/3 weeks. 2 months have passed by and points haven’t added up not from November, December or January purchases. And it’s promised 3% rebate from purchase amount. Then low, medium of high rise of trousers is gone from title description. You have to scroll down product details and hope that rise would be mentioned. Then bonus code window is brought up to basket summary. It used to be at checkout only. It distracts from decision making. I buy Esprit for about 10 years and not always bonus code is a factor to proceed to checkout. I care more about the garment itself to be available in my size, preferable colour and accumulated e-points of 3% rebate to buy when I need it. Please fix e-points calculator. It’s disappointing.

Glitchy. App crashed while trying to complete an order and lost my 10GBP voucher as well as all my e points. The order was never completed and I had to start over. The points were subsequently recovered but the voucher is now invalid. I’ve not had this situation with any other store app.

It used to be good but not anymore

The postal and delivery address (1st line) require a mandatory house number. My address only has a name it doesn’t have a house number. So I now don’t trust that my orders from Esprit will be successfully delivered. Very poor customer experience.

The quality of the clothes is good. My issue is that you look at an image and think you are looking at the coat but the description says a top. You can’t see the top because of the coat. Please Please Please show pictures of the garment you are selling as the main image so we don’t have to click to see what it looks like. The process is tiring. Yes its nice to see it in an outfit but it doesn’t help when you can’t tell what is being sold from the main image on the catalogue.
