I’ve given up on this app. It never works properly. For God’s sake, fix it!

Come on ESSS. For all the fees you collect you could at least give us an app that doesn’t crash on every attempt to log in. I’ve deleted it, reinstalled it, it doesn’t matter. It has never worked on my iPhone.

App hasn’t work for years and as soon as you open it and closes. ESSSuper don’t seem to care. Pathetic by ESSSuper

It just crashes and the app closes. Why?

This is the worst app I have ever used. It constantly crashes, wont open email downloads so I can’t read my statements. Please do something to make it work better and be more user friendly.

Terrible app, so not user friendly… Years of issues with their app and the supposed new app is a diabolical mess…..😡

I have no idea who they have employed to write and maintain this app. It simply crashes every time you attempt to login. No use trying to ring company your calls simply aren’t answered. I can’t believe how bad this app is.

There is not one positive about this app. Can’t log in. Have tried numerous re sets and continuously drops out. I can’t believe that every single review is completely negative and yet nothing has been done to fix it. If the attention to detail regarding this app is the same as the attention given to my money I’m in real trouble come retirement.
