Vin-Hatha - A blended class unique to EMY. Combining the fluidity of vinyasa with the mindfulness of hatha.
Restorative - A blended class merging yin and restorative yoga to recharge the body, release stress and emotions and create deep inner calm and peace.
Strength & Mobility - This is a collection of routines / workouts to enhance your asana practice focusing on mindful functional movement.
Busy Days (30min for under) - These classes are perfect for when life gets that little bit too busy and you need time to yourself on the mat.
Yoga Quickies (10 min or under) - This collection is your movement lifesaver! It is there for you before work, on a lunch break, whilst cooking dinner etc it’s for those days when a 20min practice is too much.
