I bought this to study and it kept crashing repeatedly while taking an exam. I sent a customer complaint and got nothing back. To make matters worse I paid for the 3 month subscription. There are other apps you can get- this one isn’t it.
There’s barley any questions, some things don’t have explanations. I just feel like if you were only using this to study you’d fail your test.
Then I have to start all over which is annoying
I have contacted them 3 times in the past couple of weeks to cancel my membership so i wouldn’t have to pay for another 3 months. No one has answered my emails. I want my refund as to this app did not help me in any way.
It seems as if someone who does not speak English as their native language wrote the questions. They do not make sense sometimes which interferes with studying.
The questions are strangely worded and there are a lot of typos so it can be confusing at times to decipher
