The Etax iOS app is free to download. This allows you to save receipts. To lodge a tax return which includes tax agent checking and support, involves a low, fair fee and a quality tax agent service. The standard Fast Etax Return fee is just AU$82.49, including tax agent checking and support. Additional tax schedules for more complex returns or business returns involve additional fees, as does the fee from refund service.

Needs major changes when it asks over 50 times for me to enter a new pin
Unable to get past pin
Entered pin around 30 times and it doesn’t take you to the next step just keeps going back asking me to enter new pin. I enter and repeat that and it takes me straight back to the first step.
Awesome
Just gets better and better each year. Took less then 5 minutes this year and that’s as good as it gets. Thanks guys
Hopeless
Clearly needs an update. PIN never works. Username / password continually rejected, but miraculously works when logging into account via website. Very frustrating experience.
The worst of the worst!
Can’t even upload documents, just screenshots, not to mention how bad the accountants are at replying! I would never recommend etax to anyone! Can’t even do their job properly! On ya, useless aF

Terrible customer service, can’t speak fluent English, USELESS and CLUELESS with deductions. They’re only interested in getting paid first! DONT USE

I don’t know why you updated for the worse?! It’s not as simple as what it used to be when I log in. I can’t access all my previous years, I can’t reply to an email properly in order to answer questions. So annoyed.
Bad performance
Just thought I would download it instead of using internet browser. Tried to enter tfn and came up with error on it for a minute then deleted it waste of time
Dreadful
Half their accountants can’t speak English, they constantly email with unrelated, old messages I thought they’d be ok for my kids but they couldn’t manage that DONT USE THEM
