... mais a besoin de polissage. Par exemple , les filtres ne fonctionnent pas bien. Pour la province, ca semble marcher... mais pas moyen de rentrer la ville, le filtre se reset apres application. Les filtres de dates ne fonctionnent pas non plus. La map est un peu chargée par defaut. faudrait simplifier le niveau de détails... Sinon, pour le reste c'est intéressant, mais je vais y revenir, je viens tout juste de l'installer.

This is an amazing, easy and practical app!! Very easy to get type of tick diagnosed when you find it on yourself or your Pet! Knowledgable and helpful staff! Year-round program! I live in a tick area and I’m using it often. Very very thankful for this app and the dedicated program scientists!!!

Easy to use. Simply take a picture of the tic and you get an message soon after with an identification. It’s really helpful to put your mind at ease especially if you don’t come across a lot of tics day to day. They also have helpful information about potential diseases Highly recommended

Tick identification turnaround time was a couple of hours. Plus the data help public health folks monitor where ticks are. Great stuff!!

Couldn’t get signed in properly the first time.

I am most grateful to have had this app/service available to identify a tick removed from my son recently. Identification was quick and definitive and guided our treatment of the bite. I’m also impressed that this is a free service.
