Dropdowns are not working on iPad Pro
Can’t even fill application.

Each time I close the app it logs off which is good but then I have to type password. And there is no option for touch ID, which is sad

Brilliant app
Easy to use and helpful
Forcing two apps
FYI, if you ever want to withdraw your money from eToro, you have to download eToro Money, start a bank account with them, and then transfer your money from eToro -> eToro Money -> your actual bank account. Colossal waste of time that is needlessly forced on its user base. What genius suggested to withdraw users have to download another app?? Fortunately there’s tons of better alternatives to eToro out there.
Poor customer service
If you expect customer service, forget it. Platform is ok, just ok. But their lack of customer service is appalling. Tickets do not get resolved, chat agents have no power and you can’t speak to anyone who can resolve an issue. Complaints get closed but not responded too. My advice, look for an alternative, one that values customers. Update. Thanks for the response on here from eToro but it’s all an empty token. Booked a call via the link as you suggested, surprise surprise I didn’t get a call from eToro so the lack of response and poor customer service continues. I would strongly recommend you do not give your money to a company who doesn’t care about customer service. 2nd update. Thanks again for the 2nd response on here from eToro but I’m done with all the empty token offers that my issue will be dealt with. The same was said on Facebook, and X .. all token offers to escalate. You respond on here and on social media to give an impression of reacting but it’s fake and empty gestures. I’ve withdrawn my funds and moved to a better platform. EToro is an embarrassment.
Dark mode
Why isn’t dark mode an option bro?
Poor customer service
Poor communication when questions asked. Took an age to get a response to an operational issue and still waiting for a resolution.!
No dark mode
For a trading app it’s almost criminal for it not have dark mode. If you want to go blind trading then this is the app for you. Update: 2 years after posting still no dark mode.
