For your information, I have logged an ticket to the customer service and yet no one is replying me after the first reply. It’s been 5days until now. At least keep me posted and updates on the situation. Its been almost one month and still not getting the withdrawal fund. Are you guys a trusted platform? I doubt

My account has been locked for a week and still waiting for tech support to get back to me.
Don’t be fooled
I enjoyed the interface and the ease of investing. However, i am not stuck unable to withdraw my money. Customer support is non existent. Tried to submit a ticket but cant even go through. My hard earned money is stuck.

Etoro 2023
When I first used it in 2020, it was quite easy to use and it had quite alot of cool features such as the social / copy trade. It was ahead of its time back then - and had access to alot of asset class or US stocks. But now its features are complex and confusing and would say its spreads are super uncompetitive. 2024 update - has this bad habit of logging you out and being very difficult to log back in during crypto bull run markets.
