Stay away!!!!!
I've encountered difficulties with account blocking policies and money withdrawal processes, leading to a frustrating experience. The unclear communication around these issues has left me dissatisfied, and I would not currently recommend this service.
Can’t use it anymore
The app and web part as well has a bug when users from Ukraine can’t verify themselves because “ we cannot accept users from Crimea region” although my address is not Crimea. Support is unresponsive and claiming they solved the issue they actually didn’t.

При добавлении карты для депозита, вылетела ошибка. Никакой информации,поосто Error. При попытке удалить аккаунт, 5 раз вылетала ошибка на последнем шаге. Приложение не функционирует нормально
Customer Service block account on their own mistakes
1 Star, After using several years Etoro, my street name changed by government, I asked to update, instead was asked to provide a tons of documents, after providing I am waiting for 5 days for reply and my accoun still blocked

Я в шоке от службы поддержки которая никак не помогает в решении проблемы. В выписке за электричество они не могли найти данные для подтверждения. Я просто в шоке. Они рассказывают как должна выглядеть выписка за коммунальные платежи. И это биржа которая работает с ЕС.
