Worest updated app ever .. specially for insurance of king fahad cuase way , i have to enter the details of the car each time .. hate this update Updating app is to continue using the good of it and make it better not the other way around.

When registering any contravention at least we should receive SMS to get notified that we have to pay .for my case I didn’t intent to pass the traffic light or I didn’t even pass the red traffic light from origin which I will never do but to my knowledge u consider passing when orange light on before red light ons as violation so I didn’t know that and I didn’t know that I really had violation so how I will know that I have fine to pay !!!!!!! When doing the visit check up for my car recently to my surprise I had violation which registered on 31-July which I didn’t even know and I wouldn’t know if I didn’t check the e-traffic for my car registration. So please we need to be notified through SMS that would be more convenient.
